Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa Earns PhD from Kenyatta University

 Kakamega Governor H.E. Fernandes Barasa has achieved a major academic milestone after graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Kenyatta University, marking a significant moment in his leadership journey and public service career.
