Kamuthi CEO Murakaru Gatheru Assures Investors of Imminent Title Deed Issuance on 29th November 2025


After months of delays in the issuance of title deeds, Kamuthi Housing Cooperative CEO Murakaru Gatheru has reassured investors that the long-awaited documents—particularly for the Soyadam and Buffalo Hills projects—will finally be released on Saturday.

Gatheru credited the breakthrough to strengthened coordination between the National Government and the County Government, noting that key amenities such as water, electricity, and road infrastructure have now been successfully put in place. He said these developments have paved the way for investors to begin settling in the two flagship projects.

Speaking at the cooperative’s offices in Maziwa, Gatheru said many of the investors have rescheduled their payment plan due to hard economic times that has somehow affected cash flow to the society, he also encouraged young people to prioritize property investment, saying it remains one of the most sustainable pathways to long-term stability and wealth creation.
