Nairobi the regional Hub Hosts Global Health Forum Medical laboratory

Three-day summit at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi, has drawn more than 200 international exhibitors and over 5,000 visitors, including policymakers, health professionals, and distributors from across the region.

According to Shane Fleming, Sales Partner Director at WHX Nairobi, this year’s edition is all about collaboration and access. Speaking during the event, Fleming noted that for the last 15 years, the expo has served as a major milestone for manufacturers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the health and wellness industry.

Kenya is positioning itself as the leading gateway for medical tourism within the COMESA region, according to Dr. Godi Joel, the Director of Primary Health Care at the Ministry of Health.

Speaking at the ongoing WHX Expo at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi, Dr. Joel commended the exhibitors for their innovation and commitment to improving healthcare access across Africa. He noted that as the ministry of health Nation cannot achieve universal health coverage without quality  Equipments and advanced technologies.

The event has attracted global and regional brands showcasing cutting-edge products and technologies aimed at enhancing medical efficiency, affordability, and accessibility.
